Antiseptic, anti-putrescent, anti-seborrheic, aphrodisiac, astringent, diuretic, expectorant, fungicidal, mucolytic, sedative, stimulant, tonic

It grows on the western Himalayas in eastern Afghanistan, northern Pakistan (Kashmir), north-central India (Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakh and), southwestern most Tibet and western Nepal. It is a large evergreen tree reaching 40–50 m tall. Aroma is slightly camphoraceous smoky, sweet resinous, and woody. Encourages strength, concentration and fortitude.
